How do I track my Order?

We will provide Direct tracking Notifications to the Email or Phone number that you provide.Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update on the Carrier's site once received.

You can track your order with the link provided to you in the shipping email or phone notification.

How much is shipping?

FREE Shipping on Orders Over $350 in North America! Some packages may receive a customs/duties fee, subject to your Government and is not the Responsibility of Imani Hair Bar.

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes! We offer Sezzle, as a Payment gateway for Buy Now Pay Later Plans with No Interest! Your entire Order split into 4 Interest-free payments scheduled over a 6-week period. Pay with Sezzle on the Checkout page to Save! For more information on how to sezzle see Here

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds all sales are final. If you’re unsure about wig cap sizes or have any other questions, we recommend contacting us Here before placing your order and we will get back to you 48hrs

What is your shipping policy

Allow up to 3-6 business days for processing and it takes 7-14 business days to ship your Imani Extensions. For Wigs please allow for 7-14 business days to process and 5-6 business days to ship your custom Imani Wig.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

During high volume times, our carriers may be delayed. We cannot speed up the shipping process once we ship orders. Please plan out when you want to receive your Imani Extensions.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

What is your Refund Policy

Unfortunately, all sales are final, we make every attempt to represent our products accurately and want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We understand, though, that in some cases customers may request a return. Though we do not offer refunds, Customers may contact us Here to exchange UNUSED ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 3 business days of receiving their order.

That means you can only return items in the exact condition they are received. If you try on, cut, or modify the lace, apply the items, color, style, comb, wash, use or alter any part of the item, we will not honor an exchange.

Please understand that these policies are necessary health precautions, and we will adhere strictly to them. Once we validate your return, a custom-made wig may be exchanged for another custom-made wig (of equal or lesser value) & is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover shipping charges

BUNDLES, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, AND INSTALL PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED AT ALL BUT CAN BE EXCHANGED

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met.
